Day 1: Athens Awaits!
Arrive in Athens, the vibrant capital of Greece, and check into your accommodation. Savor authentic Greek cuisine at a local restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional dishes like moussaka, souvlaki, and baklava.
Day 2: Ancient Wonders and Greek Fun
Take a guided tour of the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum to delve into ancient history. Enjoy a fun Greek class to learn your first Greek words. Spend your free time exploring the city or relaxing. For an optional activity, you can join a session to dance like a Greek.
Day 3: Delphi's Mystique and Kalambaka's Charm
Travel to Arachova, a charming mountain town. After exploring the village and tasting its local cuisine, visit the ancient site of Delphi, including the Temple of Apollo and the Delphi Museum and continue your journey to Kalambaka.
Day 4: Majestic Meteora and Historic Nafpaktos
Explore the stunning monasteries of Meteora, perched on towering rock formations, and take in the breathtaking views. Continue to Nafpaktos and discover the Venetian Harbor and Castle.
Day 5: From Nafpaktos to Olympia
Travel to Olympia and enjoy some free time to relax. For an optional activity, you can participate in a pottery or sculpture class.
Day 6: The Birthplace of the Olympics
Visit the ancient Olympic site and the Archaeological Museum to learn about the history of the Olympics. Afterwards we travel south to Tolo.
Day 7: Nautical Nafplio Adventures
Explore the charming town of Nafplio, where you can visit the impressive Palamidi Fortress and the picturesque Bourtzi island.
Day 8: Sun, Sand, and Serenity in Tolo
Enjoy a day at the beach with free time to relax and unwind. For optional activities, you can take a cooking class or participate in an olive oil tasting.
Day 9: Epidaurus and Mycenae Mysteries
Visit the ancient theater of Epidaurus and explore the archaeological site of Mycenae, including the Treasury of Atreus. Stop at the Corinth Canal before returning to Athens.
Day 10: Athens Finale
Visit the Archaeological Museum and enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Conclude your trip with a farewell dinner, sharing memories and experiences with your group.
Day 11: Departure
Say goodbye to Greece and depart for home, taking with you wonderful memories of your journey.
